Our Valuable Travel Protection Plan Including "Cancel For Any Reason" Benefits

If you purchase the General Tours Travel Protection Plan within 7 days of the initial deposit for your Trip you may cancel your trip up to 48 hours prior to departure, for any reason not otherwise covered by the Travel Protection Plan, and receive a General Tours Travel Voucher for the penalty amount with the balance of the refund, if due, made either by check or credit card credit.

Please Note: the General Tours Pre-Departure "Cancel For Any Reason" Waiver does not apply to all travel programs and does not cover penalties associated with air or other travel arrangements not provided by General Tours and does not apply to visa costs. General Tours Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, valid for travel within 12 months of the date of issue, but no later than 15 months from the date your trip was cancelled. The program eligibility for the “Cancel For Any Reason” benefit is clarified below.

The rates shown are per-person and are subject to change, and include coverage for the air portion of your itinerary if General Tours is arranging your air transportation. The Travel Protection Plan cannot be purchased after you have made your final payment for your Trip. The cost of your Travel Protection Plan is non-refundable.
